When  is Hospice Care Appropriate?

Many people mistakenly believe that hospice care is only available when a patient is totally bed-bound and there is a medical emergency.   This is not the case and informed patients often take advantage of hospice services well before there is a medical crisis.  

How Do I Determine Eligibility?

We realize that making the transition to end-of-life care can be challenging for both the patient and caregiver.
